Preparation Cutoff — How It Works

Each meal time has a configurable cutoff time. Customers can change quantity or cancel before the cutoff. After the cutoff:

→ No quantity increase allowed
→ No cancellation allowed
→ Meal becomes billable automatically
→ Kitchen prep count is locked
