At TiffinManager (operated by ClungTech, Patna, Bihar, India), we prioritize the privacy and security of both our Merchants (tiffin service operators) and their End-Customers (subscribers).
1. Scope and Context
This Privacy Policy applies to the TiffinManager software-as-a-service platform. We act as a Data Processor when handling End-Customer data on behalf of our Merchants, and as a Data Controller when handling the account details of our Merchants.
2. Information We Collect
A. Merchant Information: When registering as an operator, we collect names, phone numbers, corporate addresses, email coordinates, and billing settings (via payment gateways).
B. End-Customer Information: On behalf of merchants, we store subscriber names, country codes, phone numbers, delivery coordinates (latitude/longitude), active meal calendar schedules, wallet transactions, and skipped delivery hold entries.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process collected details strictly to:
- Aggregate kitchen preparation lists and calculate meal prep counts.
- Determine optimized routing sequences and load driver dispatch consoles.
- Transmit automated transactional notifications (via WhatsApp/SMS integrations).
- Adjust wallet credit logs when holds or skipped days are scheduled.
4. Data Storage and Security
All databases are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Customer database partitions are protected with strict Access Control Lists (ACLs). We do not sell or lease merchant or customer contact sheets to marketing networks.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Patna, Bihar, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.
