Terms of Service
Please review these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the TiffinManager SaaS platform (the "Service") operated by ClungTech.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a merchant account, subscribing to Starter, Premium, or Enterprise tiers, or launching a driver dispatch console, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Billing, Expiry, and Grace Periods
Our services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle via Razorpay / Stripe integrations. All SaaS package limits (customer caps, routes count limits, and staff logins permissions) are checked dynamically based on active subscription packages. Upgrades apply instantly; downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Upon the expiration of a paid subscription, merchants may be granted a courtesy grace period (typically 3 calendar days, if provided by platform administration only). During this grace window, merchant operations continue normally and warning notifications are displayed across the dashboard. If the subscription is not renewed before the grace period concludes, and the merchant's active customers exceed the free-tier quota, automated daily order generation and meal scheduling will be paused and premium feature access will be restricted until an active subscription is reinstated.
3. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer scheduling calendars, dietary box labels, delivery details, driver dispatch logs, and complying with local food safety laws. TiffinManager is not liable for delayed deliveries, driver behavior, or food quality.
4. Operational Constraints
Certain plans utilize automated route optimization powered by third-party mapping APIs. Merchants must maintain customer count metrics within their designated tier threshold:
- Starter: Max 50 customers, 2 routes, 2 staff accounts.
- Premium: Max 500 customers, 10 routes, 10 staff accounts.
- Enterprise: Unlimited limits, webhooks, and integrations.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Patna, Bihar, India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.
6. Amendments to Service
We reserve the right to alter features, update tiers, and change pricing tables with a 30-day notice to active merchants.
