Set up your dedicated customer portal subdomain slug under domain settings.

Subdomain Setup

Managed at /console/portal under the Domain Setup tab.

  1. Go to Portal Settings > Domain Setup.
  2. Enter your desired unique slug in the Subdomain field (e.g., sharma-tiffin).
  3. Click Save Domain Settings.
  4. Your customer portal becomes active at sharma-tiffin.tifhub.com.
