Kitchen Cooking Plan Matrix

Accessible at /console/kitchen (requires can:kitchen_view permission).

  • Shows date filter (default: today).
  • Category tabs with live badges: displays order quantity sum per category.
  • Cloud Kitchen tab: displays dish quantities for a-la-carte orders (`meal_category_id` is null).
  • Smart auto-selection: automatically selects active meal category based on current clock time.
  • Aggregated cooking plan matrix shows exact item preparation totals divided by Home Delivery vs Store Pickup.
