Set cutoff minutes on meal categories to enforce minimum notice for cancellations and holds.

Category Cutoff Rules

Configured in /console/menu/categories under the Order Cutoff (Minutes) field.

The lock timestamp is calculated as: delivery_start_time - cutoff_minutes. Any hold requested after this timestamp on the delivery date is applied starting from the next day.
