Control allowed free pauses using max_skip_limit on customer subscriptions.

Skip Limits (max_skip_limit)

Set via the max_skip_limit field on customer subscriptions (default: 5).

  • Free Skips: Pauses within max_skip_limit are free — no daily rate is debited.
  • Charged Skips: Pauses exceeding max_skip_limit in a billing cycle debit the daily rate to protect fixed kitchen overheads.
