Subscribers can schedule vacation pauses directly from the customer portal.

Vacation Holds (Customer Portal)

Customers request date-range holds at yourbrand.tifhub.com/portal/holds.

  1. Click Request Vacation Hold.
  2. Select Start Date and End Date.
  3. Select target plan (All Plans or Specific Plan).
  4. Submit request. Requests submitted before category cutoff time take effect for that day.
