Customers can recharge their wallet anytime from their customer portal at yourbrand.tifhub.com/portal/wallet.

  1. Log into customer portal and click Wallet.
  2. Click Add Money, enter recharge amount (or select quick chips), and click Proceed to Payment.
  3. Complete payment on the secure Razorpay checkout via UPI (Google Pay/PhonePe/Paytm), cards, or net banking.
  4. Server-side webhook verifies the payment and credits the customer wallet balance instantly.
