Low Balance Handling
When customer.wallet_balance < customer.min_wallet_balance at cutoff time:
- Order generation skips for that day — no meal ticket is created for the kitchen.
- The customer receives an automated low wallet alert notification.
- Subscription displays under Low Wallet on the vendor dashboard.
- As soon as funds are credited above the minimum threshold, order generation resumes automatically from the next cutoff!
